Since a factory reset will wipe out all your data, you will want to sync your Charge 5 and your Fitbit app first before attempting a factory reset. Otherwise, you will lose all your data in your Charge 5.

Best AnswerStill able to restart by charging. But issue of black screen recurs—have tried multiple fixes as suggested on this site including removing and reinstalling device. Each works until it doesn’t. Very frustrating and lost data (especially sleep)
