Charge 5 keeps turning off (battery life good).

My Charge 5 keeps turning off now almost daily. Although it restarts as soon as I attach it to the charger, I am regularly losing data and not able to tell the time. My battery life is good. Is there anything I can do except take back to where I bought it?

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.  

 

In this case, if you already tried the restart procedure with the charging cable or you checked the battery is charging properly and you continue to experience the same problem with the device turning off constantly, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this.
