My Fitbit 5 is nine months old.
it started flashing the logo on the 9/3/2024 it was at 80%. and was unresponsive and went flat.
when I got home it recharged and I worked for two days before unresponsive again at 79% charged

Hi there, @pagenplace. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is turning off out of nowhere. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you!
As a first approach, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello @pagenplace
Since you've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps without success and your device is less than a year old, you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) to find out what are your options under warranty.

Is there any new solution available now aside from all those you mentioned and still failed? Based on all forums I have visited, this is still an unresolved issue. Most of us already have done all of these and still have not fixed it. Some are changing the brand name to Fixit

I’m having this problem as well. I connect to the charger and it wakes up then unhooks again.

Mine does that and after I put it on the charger, it loses current time and I have to sync it to get it back.
it can do this several times per day even if it’s properly charged

As mine was still under warranty they replaced just the watch part ( not bands or charger)

Hello @JulieCats
Other than the recommended troubleshooting steps already provided, I don't know of any other way to restore your Charge 5.
Since you mention that your Fitbit is out of warranty, you would have to contact Fitbit support to see what options they offer you.
