By any chance, did you see any message on the screen while it was vibrating? If there was a "Look Alive" message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, I know that you mentioned that you don't own Alexa, but please note I've seen some cases very similar to yours when it results in Alexa being the one making these alarms going off at the wrong time. So, please note that this might also be Alexa alarms. Nevertheless, if none of the above helps, please try restarting your Charge 5 and see how it behaves the next morning at 4:50 AM.
