Charge 5 logo frozen

What a piece of crap! Looked at my watch today and the fitbit logo was displayed. Wouldn't swipe or turn on besides the logo.  I have tried every posted help tips to no avail!  It seems to be an across the board problem, but most profound in the Charge 5. I'm so sick of Fitbit. I have used many models over 10 years and they don't hold up.  Have to replace after a year. Don't waste your money!

My Charge 5 has been trying to update for about a week now....  usually hanging for about 3 or 4 hours - maybe 4 or 5 times now.   Today it tried in the morning and failed again.   Now it is trying a 2nd time in the same day.

I have logged before here with problems updating.   Seems every couple of years, my device becomes virtually unavailable because of these update problems.  It's frustrating to say the least.
