This morning, I worked out for about 75 minutes across 2 different modes. The zone minutes were counted (150) along with the steps (now showing 16k for the day). My calories burned were counted as well. However, when I went to sync and check my weekly stats, I got a message saying the sync could not be completed. An hour later, I see that my calories burned for the day are 800. I burned 950 during my workout alone. The steps and zone minutes appear to be correct but my calories burned are way off.
I have logged out of my Fitbit account, closed the window and logged back in along with resetting my Charge 5. Does anyone know how the remedy for this problem?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Anderson9552.
Thank you for sharing that you experienced this problem with your Charge 5 and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
The steps that you mentioned earlier should be useful with this type of issue. Let me know if you continue to experience the same problem or if it happened only this one time.
In addition, let me know if you've been having any problem to sync your data in the last few days and try removing your device from the account and set it up again as a new device.
