My new Charge 5 was easy to set up originally but then lost contact with my iPhone and cannot reconnect. iPhone just continues to search for it even though they are right beside each other. I’ve restarted both phone and watch and Bluetooth several time to no avail

Some users were experiencing issues to sync their Charge 5 a few days ago, but this problem was resolved and you should now be able to sync as usual. In case you're still experiencing any problem, please make sure that you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here.
