Charge 5 been fine for a year, recharge weekly. Suddenly, has no battery life. Now charge overnight, and it’s dead by lunch.
No change in settings, most things are “off”. GPS off, etc. What’s going on?

This stock answer is not solving anybody's problem. My replacement device had the same issues within a year of getting it.
None of these steps work and getting a replacement didn't help.
What can you do to convince me this problem is being taken seriously?
