Good morning,
For quite a few weeks now I have been unable to do live map tracking via my phone.
It was working fine until the update in February.
The Maps on the Fit Bit App are inaccurate. Today I walked approx 3 miles on a dog walk. When I looked at the map it stated 1.78 miles.
I know the walk is approx 3 miles because I’ve tracked that walk numerous times over the years on various FitBit devices and they have all said the same.
The Map has now disappeared from my app and the page for my tracked walk is frozen. I cannot scroll up or down.
This is probably the main function is use on the app and it has not worked properly for a few months now.

I’ve been fighting it for a month. Customer service doesn’t seem to be in too big of a hurry to fix it either.
