My new Fitbit charge 5 does not have the latest clock faces available for installation. I'm informed by the app that I need to update the software on my watch - but no available update is showing up in the app. My daughter also has the same issues with her charge 5. Customer support suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app. Didn't work. Subsequent chat first informed me that no update was available and then said that rollout was still ongoing. Strange thing is that my previous charge 5 had the update installed and running. Any advice?

Give it time; it will come. New trackers come as from the factory without any firmware updates since the original version. Usually firmware updates come within a couple of days after you set it up, but if it's still rolling out, it might be longer.
