Charge 5 nightly buzzing alert storm preventing sleep.

Despite having set my sleep schedule from 8:00 at night until 8:00 in the morning, like an older device I had, the charge 5 goes into convulsions after 8:00 p.m. telling me over and over and over what a great job I did during the day but never completing that until the 4th or fifth time it tries, keeping me awake, and burning up batteries. The visual fireworks display can go on for 5 minutes without me being able to interrupt it. I have restarted the watch and that made no difference. How to fix this please? Profoundly irritating. Probably going to return it and stay with my Inspire 2. Thanks. James

'what a great job I did during the day'.  Might help if you could give specific wording of message.

Sleep Schedule is not for that - it i just to allow you to set a reminder before your bedtime, and to compare how you are doing to your schedule.

What you probably want is Sleep Mode which does several things together to help you sleep.

You can turn this on and off each night and morning in Quick Settings, or better yet if you have a regular schedule as you do, in the full Settings, set a schedule to turn Sleep Mode on and off at certain times.  That will automatically prevent all such notices.

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
