Charge 5, no heart rate or sleep track

I’m having same problem-no heart rate, no sleep track. I’ve tried different bands, tried different locations on wrist, even “enabled” sleep when I remembered to. Have been wearing a week now. Nothing. Please help. I’ve had fitbits fir years and no problems. I’m ready to send this expensive hunk back!

Been chatting to 3 different customer services assistants and none of them could sort this for me, they all ended my call without a solution. Bought mine on Friday from Argos, guess where I'm going tomorrow. Same as yourself had other fitbits and never any issues.

Mine started OK, then I noticed when I put in a Swim event it never tracked my heart rate.  When I swam and did not make it Swim event, it tracked my heart.  Then yesterday after a hike the heart rate monitor just stopped tracking my heart rate all together.  Today after some 20 hours, it started up again.

Also did not track sleep last night.   Stuff like that happened to my Charge 3 but after years of no problems.
