Charge 5 no lights at back, black screen, was fully charged

Had my charge 5 with me in the shower and later found that it black screen with no lights in the back. dried the watch and tried reset. No indication that it is connected to the charger

Hi, @Thecounterego , if you think this might have been caused by water getting in to your Fitbit, the best way of drying it out is to put it in a bag of uncooked rice.  I would recommend leaving it there for a good 48 hours and then plug it in to the charger again and give it a good two hours charge (even if it doesn’t seem to be charging).  

Once it has had 48 hours in rice and 2 hours on charge, try the reset procedure again.  With luck it should spring back to life.  Good luck.  Let us know how it goes.  Welcome to the forums!
