A few days ago I had to restart my Charge 5 because it stopped tracking my steps in the hourly activity though it did continue to track my overall steps. Since then I have had the following issues:
1) It no longer provides complete information about my exercise. Last week the app showed the amount of time I exercised, the calories I burned, the average heart beats, the zone minutes and a break down of percentage in fat burning mode and cardio mode. Now all it shows is minutes and calories.
2) I wear it to bed. Last week as soon as I started the app it would show a breakdown of my sleep - minutes awake, light sleep, heavy sleep, etc. Now when I click the + sign it shows sleep start and sleep end.
What is going on, and how do I get back to having it give me useful information?
Paolo

Hi @Pgaltieri. It's good to see you back in the Community.
Thank you for sharing all this information regarding the inconvenience you've been experiencing with your Charge 5 device.
Before considering other options, and if you continue to experience the same difficulty, please try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
I would also recommend following all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of data recorded.

I've tried restarting my charge several times with no improvement. In fact today it stopped counting the hourly exercise steps so I restarted the device from the device with no improvement. When I restated the device using the charge cable I lost over 700 steps from what the charge 5 showed me before I rebooted. So far the functionality of the Charge 5 has gotten worse and worse.
