Two days ago my Charge 5 stopped reporting Health Metrics, Sleep Score and detailed sleep view and Readiness Score.
Anyone else experiencing this?
It still does activity tracking, and still records heart rate data, steps, activity minutes, etc. It's just the overnight analysis that's broken.
I have tried all recommended steps like logging out, clearing cache, resetting device, etc. Doesn't help.
I noticed this happened on the same day they announced the new firmware update. I still have the old firmware. I wonder did something change on the server side to break old clients maybe? Or maybe just a coincidence.
