Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the Charge 5 and the Find My Phone feature.
As you mentioned earlier, the Find My Phone feature should indeed be available on the device. From the main clock screen, you can swipe down to see the Quick Settings menu, you'll be able to see the the Find My Phone feature there, along with other features like Do Not Disturb Mode, Sleep Mode, Fitbit Pay and Water Lock.
Could you please provide a few more details? Let me know if you're receiving any error message or how is this feature behaving when you try to activate it. In the meantime, please make sure that you've tried restarting your device using the charging cable:
If you continue to have the same problem, you can also try setting up your Charge 5 as a new device in your account.
