Same here. I’m trying to update the software to see if that fixes it

When it's charging, press the small button that's lon the charger. Keep pressing until you see the FitBit logo. Then it should charge again.

I cannot find a small button on the charger.

I’m concerned that the software update is what caused it

My sensors stopped working altogether 3 days ago. This last year has been nothing but issues with this product. I’m starting to research for another product which bums me out. I have loved Fitbit for a decade now. Sigh.

I also have enjoyed my Fitbit. But if it breaks every 12to 18 months then I agree with you that an alternative is necessary.

Every time this has happened over the last two months, the app has told me to update. The amount of times I've reset my Fitbit during these times is very discouraging. I'm beyond frustrated. Unless they get their poop in a group, I'm done with Fitbit.

Mine stopped working black screen today. It has also unpaired from my phone and it can find it to pair, but I can’t get the four digit code on my watch to display. So very annoying!

I’m seeing this issue a lot on past posts. I can say I am truly unimpressed with how this product just died. Doesn’t seem like much will be done about it either. 😕
