Hi,
So I realised my Charge 5 started losing power really fast (within hours instead of days, previously). The charge 5 no longer tracks my steps, heart rate and active score or sleep. Also realised the lights on the back are no longer flashing and the screen no longer turns on at the turn on my wrist.
I’ve checked the settings and the heart rate setting is on. I’ve also tried resetting and clearing the user data after fully recharging my Charge 5. The latest version has been installed. Not sure what to do next, my Charge 5 is barely 4 months old…
Looking for help to get this resolved!
