My Charge 5 was working perfectly, but has recently stopped vibrating when I reach my steps goal or with reminders to move. Ive checked the notification settings which all seem to be on, and the vibrate still works if I set an alarm, but won't seem to work for anything else. Can someone please advise what I can try to fix this?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @Frnkls83.
Thank you for sharing that you've been having this issue with your Charge 5.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure the Do Not Disturb Mode and the Sleep Mode features are turned off, as these features prevent the device from vibrating and receiving notifications, reminders and goal celebrations. If you continue to have the same problem, please try restarting your device using the charging cable:
Regarding the reminders to move, make sure this feature is turned on following these steps as well:
If the feature is already turned on, you can also try changing the time when you can receive reminders to move. You can change the hours or days of the week that you track your hourly activity goal (for example, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays). You can find more information in this article.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.

From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon > your device image > Notifications. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.
