My charge 5 was working fine until last night. Now the screen won't respond, it won't charge and it won't sync to the app to update the software. Any ideas of how to fix? I've already tried reinstalling the app and the Bluetooth connection but now it won't register it on Bluetooth either. I've also tried restarting it with the button on the charger but no change at the moment.

I had the same problem. I contacted customer support and just received a replacement Charge 5
it took about 30 days
