Charge 5: no sleep score, no stress management score, no breathing rate

Hi,

i have my charge 5 for more than 1 year now. I initially had a subscription for premium as well but stopped that. For the whole period that I had my Charge 5 (so during the period I had premium service as well as afterwards) I have never had any results for the following:

sleep score

stress management score

breathing rate

 

I have restarted my Fitbit many times and have uninstalled/reinstalled the app several times as well.  I always wear my watch during my sleep and my workouts and for most part of the day. 

how can I get these scores?
