A couple of weeks ago I woke up and there was a black screen on my Fitbit and it sort of was stuck on Fitbit Logo. I followed the steps I found on this forum and restarted the device using three clicks on the charger button.
That worked and suddenly my Fitbit started installing some new software. Since that moment everything started to go wrong with my device.
The battery now drains like crazy, I need to charge it every other day. But the biggest issue is that there are no notifications. Fitbit stopped notifying me about steps, is no longer waking me up and it is not vibrating.
I followed all the steps I found on the other forum topics.
1. I checked if I have DND on and it is off
2. Sleep mode is also OFF
3. All notifications are On
4. I tried resetting my device both using the fitbit settings to reset and the charger
5. I removed all DND options from my phone.
6. I synced my device many times.
And finally I followed the steps to reset device sync delete the alarm and sync again. My alarm was showing on my device but there was no vibrations.
Please help!
Edit I know where the issue is but don't know how to fix it.
When I go to my device settings on Fitbit App on my Phone my notifications are as ON.
A few Seconds later when the device is synced they change to Disabled.
When I click on Disabled to change it it shows as ON. When I go back to the main screen again it keeps switching between ON and Disabled and back to ON all by itself. See the screenshots below.
