I can no longer swipe screens on my Charge 5. 'm stuck on the watch face and I can't access settings, alarms, or anything else. The screen also doesn’t respond to taps other than to show the watch face, date and current heart rate.
Still tracking steps and sleep and other data on the app but can’t use the other features of the Fitbit.
I have tried restarting the device and it didn't help. I have also tried changing the clock face (I've seen suggestions elsewhere to try that) and that did not work either. What should I try next, or do I just need to contact support?

Hi, @GlennMc Welcome to the community, A 3 presses button restart should help but you might be prepared to try a factory reset - this Video demonstrates the process, note the warnings.
If you are still not able to make progress contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. It's a good move to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief the agent clearly. If your Charge 5 is less than two years old you may have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy the agent will want to know when, where & from whom you bought it if it is to apply.
