Charge 5 not able to sync since 4.15 update (1 week 2 time)

After update 4.15 Fitbit sync apps,1 week 2 time same error, cannot connect the apps and use hard reset or 3 time button USB cable method same cannot solve our product bug and problem!
My UI set to "Traditional Chinese" to default language, why to non-All reset state to UI charge to English?!
I so angry on this moment😡😡, my charge 5 under during the warranty period, and i cannot connect Hong Kong "+85223194229" CS. Please "Direct Arrangement" change new watch!! and direct connect me "How to charge your damage product!!"😠😠
