Charge 5 not alerting me of text... And doesn't vibrate on notifications. I have vibrate turned on

Also my alarm is lighting up but not vibrating. I’ve checked both dnd and sleep mode to make sure they are off, restarted on the Fitbit and through the charger, still no vibration for anything. Super frustrating that I’ve spent this much time trying to figure it out -  wonder if it’s connected to new IOS update?

I know I spent hours trying to figure it out and can't. It use to work on
my watch. Wander what changed it.

hey there - this post is from a week ago, but checking in to see if you are still having issues? have you ensured all your notifications are preselected in the app? and your phone isn't on DND with override disabled? let us know if you still need some help 🙂

I dont know what dnd is. All notifications turned on. I get messanger
messages but not text or calls notifications on my watch. Still having
issues.

My phone is not on Do Not Disturb(DND), and I’m still not receiving notifications of phone calls or text messages on my Charge 5. It’s been ever since iOS 15 update.

I still need help, please! I’ve taken all the steps today and the vibration isn’t working for any notifications. I even tried changing the watch face thinking maybe…

Me too, i think it 100% happened when I updated my iOS but I can’t find a setting in ‘my settings’ that appears off.
