Charge 5 not charging after 1 week was told in email get back to me shortly from warranty department

Charge 5 not charging after 1 week. Spoke and emailed warranty department yet told get back to me shortly only told repeatedly wait another 24 hours for next email. Extremely poor customer service even from manager. Was asked to do a survey. My response dure with low rating.

I just chatted yesterday and today on this very issue, black screen, took steps suggested many times, restarting, changing clock face, etc..  I had to repeat the issues several times.   I was asked to see if device was charging and syncing after advising I couldn’t get into app.  No resolution!  Told it’ll be escalated and I will get an email response as soon as the “chatter” hears from the higher ups!

I got a repsponse from manage charge 5 gold is back order till 8/5/23 yet can choose platinum or other model color

Thank you for your email in response to chats about my my Charge 5 not
working. The Steel Blue / Platinum Stainless Steel would be greatly
appreciated.

I’ve been lost without it. I look forward to receiving my replacement.

I thought I had a response from Fitbit Support, alas, it was a post from EagleV that she received from Fitbit.  In my frustrated state, I didn’t realize it wasn’t about me.  😤😤
