Charge 5 not charging and is a week old

I have had my Fitbit Charge 5 for about 7 days. It charged fine out of the box. Today at day 7 it was 11% and will not charge...I have been trying for 8 or hours and now it is completely dead. What can I do?

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
