My Charge 5 was purchased in 8/2022. In early May of 2023, after only 8 months, I was on vacation in Italy. it stopped charging and powering on. A new replacement was sent that I got when I returned home. It was under warranty. Now after only another 8 months I'm having the same issue. So a new FitBit with similar charging issues. The original warranty should have been extended but NO. The best they will give me is a 50% discount on a new FitBit. Why would I ever spend money on a new one when they can't prove to me that they have a quality product. I can only imagine Charge 5 will be same poor quality.

I meant I can only assume charge 6 will have same problem.
