My Charge 5 won’t charge. I have tried with several different ouztlets. I have reset it multiple times, including with the button on the charging cable. I have cleaned the device and charger. Idk what to do. When attached to charger the battery icon indicates it’s charging, but the percentage is stuck at 18% and will not budge.

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
