Charge 5 not charging

Hi my charge 5 is not charging. It was at 1% I put it on the cradle but it’s not responding nor charging. I have tried cleaning the back and pins, the restart button procedure 20 times and it’s not woken up again

Hi, @AleNM, welcome to the community, you may find this article is of interest Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center I apologise if you have already seen this. If you have explored these options in detail & verified you are using a live USB port for at least 60 minutes but are still without progress, (I note you've tried a restart) you should contact Customer Support via the Fitbit app on your phone.

Hi, @AleNM, are you in the UK? If not there's a slot at the bottom of the screen to change your location. The Help process has been updated recently and I'm not sure how it progresses now.
