Hello there @Resgeo, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this situation with all the Community, let me help you out!
Cleaning the back of the device with a tooth brush and fresh water might help. Also, using a USB port on a computer instead of a wall socket is often a more stable way to charge the device.
Please see this article for additional help.
Best AnswerHello,
Tried these steps. Still doesn’t work ☹️
As there anything else I can do?
I had a previous version Fitbit before the charge 5 which also got spoilt after around 18 months! Very disappointing!
