Hi @Rich_Laue I have a z flip 3 & I have done everything you have said in your answer numerous times, so much I can kinda do it on auto-pilot now and it's still not working. The most I get is the app can see my charge 5 but it refuses to connect to it. Any other suggestions of what to do?
