Charge 5 not counting floors

I have had a charge 3, 4 and now 5. Floors have always been counted. Previous comments say no altimeter but for me the floors just stopped being counted and after I had had the charge 5 for a while. What has changed?

The Charge 5 does not have the necessary hardware to count floors, so you wouldn't be able to get any data concerning floors.

Not sure how you were getting a count before, but the tracker can't do it.
