Charge 5 not counting steps in large buildings

My Charge 5 does not count steps when I am in a large building like a mall or in Costco.  Is there any solution for this?

@bobinidaho Well, if you're in Costco, are you pushing a shopping cart? Your arm needs to be swinging in order to count steps, so if you're pushing a cart or stroller then steps may not register correctly.

@bobinidaho Well, if you're in Costco, are you pushing a shopping cart? Your arm needs to be swinging in order to count steps, so if you're pushing a cart or stroller then steps may not register correctly.
