Charge 5 not getting wrist notifications

Going in to week 2 of not getting text and phone call notification on wrist. Tried reinstalling, etc., no luck

 This used to happen on my old fitbit, but it would eventually fix itself.

Mine needs to be manually resync’d regularly to ensure my notifications stay active. Alarms and other functions continue just fine but notifications are finicky.
