Anybody having a problem receiving a sleep score from there charge 5?

I've found that the reading doesn't appear until you get up and put of bed and move around a bit!

Yes, my new Charge 5 keeps saying "no report." But strangely, I DO have a sleep report on the FitBit app. Ideas to solve this?

I have had my Charge 5 for a week and only received a Sleep Score two nights ago. It always records my sleep, but doesn’t calculate the score. This happened with my previous Fitbit, the Charge 4. Please resolve this. I like the slimmer design and lower price if this one over the Versa 3.

Have you tried calling FitBit support ? I've been thinking of trying that next.
