For two full days my Charge 5 wouldn’t hold a charge any longer than a few hours. It also stopped tracking my heart rate (which is why I use it). I contacted customer service yesterday and heart rate tracked afterwords. However after just a couple hours ….. no charge and no heat rate tracking. Something happened in the latest update!! Please fix asap

I have had the same problem with mine lately. Even reverting it to factory settings (per the recommendation of a moderator) didn't work.

Same here. It started blacking out and tracking my heart beat 60bpm higher than it was. We did a factory reset and now it can’t hold a charge overnight.
