Charge 5 not holding any Battery life

So I have had my fitbit for under a year and suddenly the battery died very quickly. I Can usually get a week out of my battery but the past two days I have had to charge it almost every 8 hours. I tried to contact support on here but every time I tried I was taken to a page that said there were other issues and to look somewhere else.

Same - mine is less than 60 days old. They told me there was nothing they can do and I just have to wait for them to design a firmware that will solve the problem. It's ridiculous.
