I am only a few days in and reallllllly disappointed in the Charge 5. Admittedly, I am jumping from a Charge 2 to a Charge 5. I like the sleek look and lower profile of the watch - not so chunky as previous versions. It’s pretty! I was excited to finally be able to set alarms from my watch instead of needing to sync with the phone (which always took forever despite being right next to each other). I didn’t know that all phone functionality was basically gone from the Charge 5! I actually still want the option of setting alarms on my phone bc it’s wayyyy easier than on the watch…but want the option of also setting alarms on the watch. Also with the old charge I could select the order of things - like alarms, battery life, etc. I could also remove unwanted things like a lot of the exercise stuff (sorry I am not an athlete!). This watch has so much extraneous stuff in my opinion. And I added in the premium which adds nothing useful to me personally. I am probably going to return it…but I don’t know what I would replace it with.
