I am disappointed to learn that you have removed this feature in Charge 5, a feature that was present since the first Fitbit I bought many years ago. I still have a working Charge 2 that I swapped for Charge 5. I would like to return my Charge 5 and get full refund.

Hi @rahulva if purchased directly from Fitbit, you have 45 days to return for a refund. Other retailers have their own window in which to return a device. Best Buy is 14 days.
