Charge 5 not measuring heart rate, sleep, etc and constant red light

I currently have an iPhone 13 and a charge 5 I’ve had for about a year. The other day the screen went black, however after charging it seemed back to normal. 

however since then all sensors have failed minus step counting. I’ve gone through the forums and tried every option I could find, I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas. ☺️

I forgot to mention, it doesn’t hold charge for more than 8 hours or so either since this black screen
