I've had this product for a day and I've noticed its not responsive when i look at my watch. They say i have to have a fingers space between the band and my wrist but sometimes it doesn't turn on, even though its on auto. Also i like wearing my watch the opposite side of my wrist because it's much more comfortable and it doesn't turn on at all in that position. I talked to chat about this and they said it isn't supposed to be work like that but i had a Samsung fit 2 with worked wonderfully and it instantly turned on both sides of my wrist. I don't know if they'll tweak it a bit to fix it or am i just wasting my breath?
