Hi, @dogmawalker welcome, you may find this article of interest How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? - Fitbit Help Center. I find I need to sync my Fitbit app twice when I wake in the morning to see the sleep score, I do this by sliding my finger down the screen & releasing it. Bear in mind syncing requires an internet connection as your data needs to go to the Fitbit server & then be returned to you.
If you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers

Yes , I synced it yesterday, read through similar posts, and read the article/Help you mentioned before I posted the problem. It gave me a score today, yesterday is still without a sleep score.

Hello, I’m having the same issue from last night. I’ve had a lot of syncing issues with the charge 5 in general so sometimes I think it’s just the product itself. However, I’m thinking last night it could have to do with daylight savings time because the watch didn’t sync to the correct time when it changed..it didn’t sync to the correct time until I synced it in the morning and then did not pull up any sleep details for me. Not sure if you are located in the US or somewhere else that does daylight savings but if you are this could be the issue for today!
