It's been over a month since I have received info on my sleep stages, I wear my fitbit every night. I have restarted the device and cleaned the sensors multiple times. I've tried wearing it tighter, exactly where it says to wear it 2 finger width from the wrist joint, nothing. It's very frustrating.

@KmoneyFTW I am sorry to hear this is causing difficulties. Can I assume that other things (steps and activities, etc) are syncing normally?
If so, I would try forcing your Fitbit app to stop, and then clearing the app cache from your mobile device, before re-launching the app.
