Charge 5 not recognizing pace

My Charge 5 has had nothing but problems since the end of August. 

My latest issue is that when I engage in an exercise such as walking, hiking, or running, it doesn't recognize my pace at all. It just says 0'00" the entire time. 

Extremely frustrating!

Hello @Sho311 

I've seen recent Moderator posts acknowledging an issue with pace and that the team is working on fixing the problem.

There are also recent Moderator posts mentioning that there will be an app update rolling out in the next few days. Keep checking the app store for the update and install it when it's available.

Although I haven't seen any confirmation, I'm hoping that many of the recent issues, including the one with pace, will be resolved with this next app update.
