Charge 5 is not recording sleep accurately. I have tried ALL the troubleshooting steps to no avail. Anybody else?

Do you think you could give us some more detailed information about what exactly the problem is please? The more detail, the more chance there is someone will be able to help. People here are generally very helpful.
I seem to have been very lucky with my Charge 5 and haven't had any big problems as yet...

Thank you! I just did a quick bit of research and it seems if you set it to sensitive it picks up more of your movements as restless!
I just copied this:
For devices that record sleep patterns instead of sleep stages, you can set your device to track sleep in a normal or sensitive mode.
In normal mode, when you make significant movements like rolling over, your device records time spent awake. This setting is appropriate for most users. In sensitive mode, your device records nearly all movements as time spent restless or awake. This setting may be helpful if you wake up feeling tired even though your sleep history shows sufficient rest.
Maybe you should try setting it to normal and see what happens.

Mine stopped recording any of the additional health metrics a few days ago. Tracks my sleep time and resting heart rate. But it no longer gives me a sleep score or any of the other info.
I’ve tried all the reset/update options recommended.

Agree! This is very annoying. I may go to sleep at 11:30, but it records my sleep from 4:16 to 7:30 and says I only slept 2 hours and 58 minutes. It won’t let me add the sleep from 11:30 to 4:10, saying there is already a sleep log for that time.
