Charge 5 not recording sleep & erroneously recording exercise.

So my Fitbit says I went swimming yesterday & I didn’t (I did other activity but not swimming.)

 

it also showed no sleep data & I did sleep.

 

I find the charge 5 difficult to navigate, recording sleep & exercise especially.  I’m looking for articles to help to no avail.

Mine also, done full reset and removed app and uploaded again to no avail.
