I've only had my Charge 5 for a week and it was working fine and now this morning it did not show my sleep score or my readiness score but everything else seems to be working. I tried syncing it several times and I did a restart..........any ideas on how to remedy this? Thanks!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and the steps tried on your own. As you may know, the sleep scores are generated based on the sleep stages tracked by your Charge 5. For this reason, may I know if you have sleep stages synced on the Fitbit app? If not, what is the message that you see below the graph?
Because you've restarted your tracker, try wearing it about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone to bed and syncing it once you're awake to check your details. Take in mind that you need to sleep for more than 3 hours to get this data.
In regards to your other question, please note that to generate your first daily readiness score, you'll need to wear your tracker at least 14 hours per day for 4 days, including during sleep. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend reviewing this help article which explains what factors prevent your tracker from recording this data, and some helpful tips.
