My Charge 4 worked perfectly, recording the whole bike ride. The Charge 5 is useless, it stops recording after around 6k on a bike ride of 20k. Tried Fitbit support, rubbish. They have a predetermined script, not interested in resolving this issue. I have also used Strava on my iPhone, that works perfectly. Can I have my Charge 4 back😜

I appreciate all the feedback and information that you've provided about this issue with your Charge 5. I'm sorry to see that you're still having this problem.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure that you've also completed a three pulse restart using the charging cable:
If you already tried the restart and you continue to experience the same problem during your workout, I do recommend that you continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can provide you with the next steps. They will let you know how to proceed, but keep in mind that they need to make sure that all the standard troubleshooting steps have been exhausted.
