Charge 5 not responding to touch screen

My Charge 5 has suddenly stopped responding to touch. Time display is correct, appears to syncs to the app on my iphone.

Troubleshooting steps:

Changed clock face

Did a restart but pressing the button on the charging cable x 3. Fitbit icon comes up but doesn't solve the problem.

Pressed the button on the cable for 10, 15 and 20 seconds same result.

Tried contact support, but can't call or get a call back. The only option to contact support is via facebook or X, get a call back or call us is greyed out, and not a selectable option. What a poor form of product support. Completely infuriating, and frustrating with this level of support.

Been a fitbit user for many years from Charge 2 days, and support historically was really good via the community or the support line. But this is very disappointing
